Q. How can I get my password in case I forget it?
Go to login page, Click on Forgot Password, enter registered email id and you will receive password on the mentioned email id. This email id should perfectly match with the email id that you entered at the time of registration.
Q. What is the use of ‘Remember Me’?
If you select checkbox of ‘Remember Me’, your username and password will be saved in the browsers session. No need to enter it again and again.
Q. What is Catalog Courses?
This section provides the list of courses. You can choose any course to add in my course list. Also provides the details of each course.
Q. What is My Courses?
Courses can be directly added from catalog to my course list and can be launched by you. This section also gives you the access to all the courses which are available to you after making successful payment. You will be able to see the status of the course (i.e. Not Started, incomplete, complete etc.).By clicking the launch button you will be able to launch and complete the course. Once you complete the course, you will able to see the button for downloading the certificate of course completion.
Q. How search functionality works?
When you are accessing Catalog or My Course section, you will be able to see the magnifying glass symbol, by clicking on it one search box will pop out where you can type any course name and search result would be displayed in the form of list.
Q. How can I change my profile details?
You can edit your personal details like first name, last name, current company name etc. by visiting ‘Settings’ menu in the top navigation menu bar.
Q. How to search friends and invite them to join My Connections?
In the top navigation icons, you will be able to see icon for ‘Search People’. You can search people by entering first name or by even full name (i.e. First name + surname). After getting the search result, you can click on ‘Connect’ button for sending invitation to add them in your network.
Q. What ‘My Connection’ represents?
Members who have accepted your invitation will be available in the ‘My Connection’ list. In the right hand side corner user can see the count of your friend’s connections. If you click on this count, you will be able to see the connection list of your friends. You can also send them an invitation to join your network. If you do not want any user in your friend list, then you can also remove those user/users from the list.
Q. What is View Invitation?
You will be able to view a list of all invites under ‘View Invitation’, where you have facility to accept or reject the invitation sent by your friend/colleague.
Q. What is the step wise procedure of subscribing to MyLearningAcademy?
You will have to follow below steps to subscribe.
  • Click “signUp” on the home page, and select “student”.
  • Fill in all relevant fields.
  • On payment screen select if you would prefer to pay via Bank/ATM card or via Airtime.
  • If via Bank/Card, input your card details and N100 will be deducted from your Account.
  • If via Airtime, select your operator, input your phone number and Price of ₦ 100 will be deducted from your mobile phone balance.
  • Now you will have full access to all courses on the platform.
  • Subscription will be valid for 7 days from the date of purchasing.
Q. How much does a Subscription cost?
₦100 payment gives access to all contents; our aim is to make it affordable while ensuring you get quality knowledge of your chosen area.

Q. How do I see list of all contacts to make connections?
In my connections list, on right side corner, you will be able to see the count which indicates total number of users available in your friend’s list. You can send them an invite to join your network. In case of mutual friends, you will not be able to see Connect button to send an invite.
Q. Do I get a certificate?
Yes you get a certificate of completion of completing any of the courses, this should serve as evidence that you have done some training in that subject and you are able to use it in your CV, is like attending physical classroom training.
Q. Is there any accreditation for the certificates?
Some of our courses will be accredited and we will identify such courses, either way we are working with the best training providers and lecturers from world class institutions to bring quality training to our learners at an affordable cost.
Q. Will the certificate still be accessible after my subscription expires?
We would request you to download your course completion certificates immediately after completing a course. After subscription expiry, you will not be able to have access to platform and hence wouldn’t be able to download your certificates until you renew your subscription.
Q. Will my account expire?
No your account will never expire.
Q. How will I know when new courses are added?
We will constantly post link to our latest catalogue in the announcement area of the home page.
Q. How to download course completion certificate?
You will be able to see one icon on My Course List page if and only if the course status is ‘Completed’. You can click on this icon to download course completion certificate. In case you do not have a PDF reader, download one or save the certificate to your storage and open it with a PDF reader.
Q. How do I become an expert on the system?
When you have registered as a learner and you think you are an expert in field. Send evidence of your expertise (letter of employment as a lecturer or teacher, certificate, membership of a body, etc.) to info@mylearningacademy.com and if they admin certifies and confirm the authenticity they will assign the expert rights to you.
Q. I want to learn from my PC or Tablet how can I pay for the MyLearningAcademy platform?
You will have to follow below steps to subscribe.
